The Ohio Healthy Homes Network is pleased to present Medical Legal Partnerships and Housing, one of six free webinars in the Fall Healthy Homes Webinar Series held October 19-22. Medical Legal Partnerships (MLP) are the collaborative approach between healthcare providers and attorneys that brings civil legal aid services into the healthcare setting to address social determinants of health among vulnerable populations. MLPs have a unique role in achieving affordable and safe housing for children and families, which will be explored in this webinar. Our discussion will include examples of housing cases that a MLP can help with and specific interventions that can be applied to help children and families attain safe and affordable housing.  Please join us for a discussion on MLPs and how these partnerships can assist with achieving positive individual, familial, and community health outcomes.
