MORPC invites rural and urban governments to a forum on how to encourage private investment with some basic zoning rules

We invite our rural and urban public service professionals and elected officials to learn about how to add zoning rules that benefit your community! Attracting new housing that gives communities the ability to offer a variety of options for their current and new residents often comes down to the types of zoning that are put in place.

Our distinguished panel includes Catherine Cunningham-Attorney at Kegler Brown Hill + Ritter; Jon Melchi, Executive Director of BIA; and Scott Mallory, CEO of Highland Real Estate. They will share their best advice related to today's challenging home building environment.
