Hear from renowned housing data analysts Laird Nossuli, CEO of iEmergent, and Eddie Seiler, Associate Vice President for Housing Economics at the Mortgage Bankers Association. Laird and Eddie will provide their analysis and key insights on Franklin County's 2023 home mortgage loan applications and originations for BIPOC communities, and recommendations on how we can better serve Black and minority borrowers on their homeownership journeys. This webinar will fulfill the annual CONVERGENCE Columbus training requirement to maintain an existing or create a new Bloom practitioner profile.
