Legal Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the federal LIHTC program administered by OHFA that a public hearing will be held to receive comments for the 2024-2025 9% LIHTC Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) with 2025 Technical Amendments second draft. The time and call-in information for the hearing is as follows:

Interested persons are invited to attend the virtual public hearing and will be given the opportunity to express their views concerning the allocation plan. Comments may also be submitted in writing independent of the hearing and will be considered equally by OHFA.

Comments must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday, September 6, 2024 and may be submitted to QAP@ohiohome.org.
