Overhauling Your Pre-Development Process

The New Goal-Setting Skills that are
Unlocking Capital, Unleashing Outcomes
and Pushing Back on Value-Engineering

Tuesday, Dec 1, 1-2 PM ET

Join us as we share Enterprise's research into the pre-development skills and practices needed to deliver break-through resident and community focused housing, in the face of industry constraints.

We will dig into what the research showed as a keystone practice:
Setting clear, project-level goals -or Project Mission Statements- for every development.

On this webinar, you will learn :

  • What a Project Mission Statement is, and how to add this skill to your developer toolkit

  • The connection between this goal-setting practice, resident outcomes, value-engineering and funding opportunities

How leading developers are using this tool in practice
