Evening of Light is Alvis' annual event which brings together hundreds of businesses, organizations, and individuals to celebrate lives turned around by 180 degrees! The evening spotlights the successes of children and families of Alvis and honors families who have helped strengthen our community. Funded by Evening of Light, the Alvis Family and Children's Program offers parents and children resources and support as they work together to strengthen their relationships and rebuild productive, healthy, self-sufficient lives. 

Each year, at Evening of Light, Alvis honors a family whose efforts have positively impacted our community and created sustainable social change. In 2021 we will honor the Kellogg family whose contributions have helped strengthen our community while demonstrating integrity and compassion for the individuals and families they help serve.  We celebrate the Kellogg’s commitment to family and the positive impact that their generational philanthropy and volunteerism have provided to the Columbus area community.
